What sets you apart from other booths?

Our photo booth uses a Canon-high resolution creating high resolution prints. An ipad photo booth's images are nice, but when you receive your individual raw images and boomerangs to your phone-you will see the difference! Our booth is a sleek, modern, interactive, MIRROR photo booth. We also coordinate our accessories with your decor. We like to dress as required for your event so that we don't stand out. We truly stand apart from other business because we encourage the use of your booth, interact with your guests to ensure they're comfortable, and our feedback has been that they're grateful we speak Spanish. Our layouts and touch screens are personalized each time. We match your fonts and styles on the layout and touch screen. Our touch screens have wowed so many clients because of our creative creations!

Is your Mirror Photo Booth insured?

For the safety of everyone at the venue and at the event, yes it is. It is insured up to $1,000,000. A Booth Attendant is provided for all events to manage the use of the booth, props, and ensure everyone stays safe.

Where are you based and do you travel?

We're in the Plano, Texas area and yes we love to travel! If you want us to photograph your story OR take the booth outside of DFW, it will (sometimes) require a travel fee and/or lodging, but it depends on where it takes place. We'd be honored to travel for you!

Why does pricing vary so much with photo booths?

Our booth has a camera which delivers higher quality images. Our equipment, paper, ink, the hours put into your event, the customer service provided, the travel required, and the customization of your props/layout are all factored in! We also spend time choosing the best workflow related to your event on our booth software.
We are willing to work with your budget as fairly as possible! We value clients that appreciate and understand how much we give to our clients to make their day extra special and are like no other! Discounts are available on The Knot and Wedding Wire when booked through that platform.

Deposits! Do you require them?

In order to secure your day/time, yes we require a retainer. It is a small percentage of your session/event. If we cancel you get it back, and it is applied to the total amount due at the time of the session/event.

Is there a minimum amount of hours I have to book portraits?

Booth hours depend on your guests, location, and order of events. We will suggest the best rental hours for your needs. Typically for events 2 hours for less than 200 guests and more for a higher guest count.
Portrait sessions are 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. Depends on the number of people and the number of photos you'd like!

Can your booth be outside?

We will be willing to be outside under a covered space with ventilation. The photo booth has a mini-pc and canon camera which most technology cannot withstand high or extremely low temperatures and must maintain dry.

What if I don't know where to take pictures?

We have many locations to suggest depending on your style!

How many pictures will we receive?

This of course varies with the type of session or event, but we will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.

Will you take indoor photos for a portrait session?

Although we enjoy outdoor lighting and locations very much, there are spaces for rent that we can discuss! We are currently working on creating an indoor studio!

When will we get our portraits?

Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 3-4 weeks (depending on the season I photograph your story, but promise to communicate this to you).
You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
You also get your own customized mobile phone gallery APP! How cool is that?

How do you photograph weddings?

We love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. We will send you a questionnaire so that we get all the information we need for your big day!
It's really exciting and helpful for me to receive photos of your dress, shoes, invites, and color scheme ideas...! On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments, and all the details that make your wedding unique that you won't see because you are enjoying your to be spouse! It's all about you!
